Glamorous, fairly clean hotel with accommodating and incredibly kind personnel in the reception desk and the concierge desk. Juice bar, spotless room with comfortable bed and the Internet, for instance. Favourable, ideal location in Yogyakarta, so close to tourist attractions, batik / silver shops, and the historic center and Kraton. Also, easy to get to Tugu Pal Putih Monument.

Location: the hotel was really close to Sukuh temple, airport, train station and town centre, and the center of chaos. In Roaster and Bear you could have Asian meals. The room for merapi view;)))

Generally, enjoyed this beautiful historical accommodation with very attentive stuff especially receptionist. The restaurant here was very nice which offers Asian cuisines and Western cuisines, we both ordered tasty dishes. Its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Tugu Monument.

The building is traditional and the rooms are perfect and immaculate. The beds are exceptionally comfortable to sleep on. The location is unbeatable and walk from a train station. It is metres from Honje Restaurant, where you can eat something.

Pleasant stay, as always. A nicely decorated property, overall clean, comfortable and really ideal location adjacent to the Tugu monument. Brand-new executive king room with the balcony, sofa, coffee. Rich breakfast available. Very good service and an outdoor restaurant onsite. Juice bar and lovely pool.

Comfortable rooms, very tasty breakfast. Decent view and a rainfall shower, a dryer and robes in the bathroom. Quick check in and hassle-free check out.

The hotel's location was very central, in the center of Yogyakarta. The room was stylish, new-fashioned with a comfortable chair and a useful writing desk, as example, I was pleased.

The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta - Mgallery Collection was excellent. Good location, clean and stylish rooms. Efficient service from friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide range of choices. The pool and spa area were relaxing. The architecture and decorations were gorgeous. Reasonably priced.

Couldn’t fault.

The charm, luxury and old colonial feel. It was really great. Not the equivalent to Raffles in Singapore, but for us who could never afford Raffles anyway it was close enough. Big rooms, great poolarea (unless you want to sunbath) and friendly staff. Location also very good.

The buffet dinner was a disaster. Food was cold, they never brought out new stuff when trays were empty, I was served sour wine and nobody understood what I meant when I wanted a new bottle.

Definitely best value for money. Great hotel! Stylish and clean with the best service. This hotel has the best breakfast we ever experienced.
